Try-Before-You-Buy Approach
The web application on MTD Sheets' website (mtdsheets.com) operates on a try-before-you-buy basis. To submit data to HMRC, a purchase of submission credits is required. All features, excluding the submission itself, are fully functional, allowing users to evaluate before committing to a purchase. A detailed description of each software product's functionalities is available on the MTD Sheets website, with additional details accessible upon request via the Contact Us section.
Refund Offer
While our software products are designed for use and evaluation before purchase, with functionality fully documented, MTD Sheets extends a refund offer for any unused submission credits within 14 days of purchase.
Failed Submission Refund
In instances where the software fails to make a submission, MTD Sheets will initiate a refund within 14 days of receiving a request through the Contact Us section or at MTD Sheets's discretion. To process such a refund, provide MTD Sheets with the invoice number, date of purchase, and a copy of the confirmation of the failed submission.
Partial Refunds
Customers who apply for a refund for a portion of their submission credits will be entitled to a proportional refund determined by the customer's most recent purchase order.
Refund amounts will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that MTD Sheets may not refund any processing fees imposed by the financial institution associated with the refund transaction.
